Today we start of the class with a pop quiz. Which I did bad on it. Then Mr Schick start talking about why don’t we take notes from our computer.He gave us 3 reasons for it. We talk about Cleisthemes and Democracy learned some information about him. Cleisthemes did a great thing in my opinion because he called 500 citizen and ask them about the laws but too bad that he don’t recognize the value of womens. We talk about rights of women the driving news that is going on in Saudi Arabia. We saw the new form of government back in Greece and it was like that.

Today we start of the class by Mr. Schick fixing some of the misunderstandings about the seats. Then we head into the slide. While we had into the slide we had some jokes going on about pop quiz. We start with Draco and Solon. We talk about Draco beign so strict and talk about if it is fair or not then How Solon reform his laws and how Cleisthemes reform Solon's. We see that Cleisthemes laws started to shape democracy and then we hade a brake and talk about it more about Cleisthemes and it was over

Today's class start with Mr Schick bringing us cookies and everyone was so happy about it some of us don't like it including me but I still appreciate it. Today subject was whole different than others we get into 1st chapter. We take a look at ancient Greece's government. I learned some new terms about government leading type monarchy aristocrat oligarcy and tyrant. We give some examples of president or countries who had one of these leading type and talk about them then he gave us time for us the work on our blog which I am doing at that time. Now we are heading into weekend and I'm pretty sure everyone is happy with it.

Today class was the first class of the day. I was so tired because we had a game yesterday and I come to my room at 10 so I was so tired. We talk about the Odyssey. The characters and the whole story, what is it about. Mr Schick told us about the some parts. We talk about Homer which is the writer of Odyssey and Illied. Homer is a blind story teller in ancient Greece. He lived at the time the Greece hav their dark age. We learned that he is traveling town to town to tell these stories and more... We listen part of Odyssey about the Cyclops and that is how we ended todays class.

Today I wasn’t be able to attend to my last 3 mods because I have to leave for an doctor appointment about my heart. It was a long drive so we had to leave early. We went to the doctor and check ky heart issue. Then on the way back we went to chick fil an I had a good relaxing day but now I have to catch up with the classes that I miss and do my homeworks.

On friday on western civilization class we take a look at the rivers and how they are affecting the civilization. We learned the main important rivers and we take a look at Greece. First we read from our classbook than Mr Schick showed us a slide about Greece. We see the art culture of Greece, we looked at geograpichal position and Greece's beautiful weather, how does it affect. Greece has a land with lot of rugged mouintains. We read about Greek myths from book. We learned that Mediterrian means middle of earth. It was a fun class, not boring and I like it.

Today was my first day at my new class, Western Civilization. I met with Mr. Schick for the first time and I like the class so far and the teacher, he seems like a fun teacher but I think he is going to give us lot of homework. Anyways, today the new students, which including myself, opened up our blog and share the link with Mr. Schick and he tells us about what are we going to do in this class how the things works, he go over some rules and told us about the seat changes. So I hope that it will be a fun class to join. Looking forward to it.
