Rome Government and Caesar

Today in class we learned that Ancient Rome was giving people bread and free circuses because of the economic change that Punic war bring mid class was unhappy and the government was trying to keep them happy than we get into Caesar he was a great Roman emperor. He was smart making smart moves he bring the Triumvirate system which you run the government with 3 people one of them was the richest man in Rome and the other one was a great general that conquered the Syria and Palestine.
He was good speeches and mid class loved him and he loved them his only enemy was the senate because when he bring the system he would have taken the power from the aristocrats.

Today in class we finished the video about Philosophy. Which makes me kind of sad because it was the most exiting topic we had covered yet. After we done with the video and taking notes, we have split in to our groups to work on our project about the ancient Greece. We start writing are essays and I have got the materials we are going to use on for doing the map and somebody bought figures that we are going to put on the map and the other 2 start writing our essay for the project. I believe that it will turn out as a good project and we all will get an solid grade.

Philosophers and Greeks Art

Today in class we continued doing the Democracy and Greece's Golden Age while the people who were absent on Friday was making up their test. I was past the halfway of 134-141 so It did not take much long for me to finish it. I saw things about : 404 B.C. the Athenians and their allies surrendered and the war cause athenians to question their democratic government and their values. Which lead to occur of the Philosophers. Philosophers are people who are seeking the truth and the lovers of wisdom.
