Christianity goes up Rome goes down

Today in class we saw how did Christianity went up and then how did Rome went down
Before the battle of Milvian Bridge, Constantine had a vision about The Cross in the sky and the words "in the sign, conquer ". He ordered his troops to paint cross on their shields and then won the battle. Then 1 year later at 313 Christianity become legal and it continued to gain more power. By 380 it became the empire's official religion. Chi-Rho was the first 2 letters of ' Christ' in Greek.
Decline of the Roman Empire
While Christianity strengthens, Rome weakens.
Military too weak to defend huge area
Economy : to high taxes; widening gap between rich and poor; trade distrupted.
Social : who cares about public affairs?; disloyalty; population decrease.
Political : Division of the Empire (Constantine moved the capital to Byzantium)

We start writing are essays and I have got the materials we are going to use on for doing the map and somebody bought figures that we are going to put on the map and the other 2 start writing our essay for the project. I believe that it will turn out as a good project and we all will get an solid grade.

Today in class we continued doing the Democracy and Greece's Golden Age while the people who were absent on Friday was making up their test. I was past the halfway of 134-141 so It did not take much long for me to finish it. Philosophers are people who are seeking the truth and the lovers of wisdom.
